This week is ‘Have a Heart for Chained Dogs’ Week, and we are taking donations to benefit HOWS and so many of the local dogs that live outside without shelter. HOWS is a community project that builds shelters for outdoor dogs to keep them protected and dry from the weather..

So many dogs in our community are battling the cold and rain. Just a few dollars could go so far in helping these animals to stay warm and dry. Your contribution goes a long way towards providing shelter for many dogs. We will be matching whatever donations we receive.
Houses of Wood & Straw: A Charlottesville Community Project Serving Area Dogs in Need
Pampered Pet’s is happy to announce that we were able to raise $96 of customer contributions, which we matched, to contribute $200 to HOWS (Houses Made of Wood and Straw), an organization that builds safe enclosures for dogs who live outside.
Our contributions will help build 2 houses for pets in need. We are so thankful for those who contributed, and excited for the furry friends that will be receiving these shelters, and protection from all types of weather.
